Balance Sheet Architecture™

Maximize life, minimize stress

The only planning framework that treats your whole balance sheet as one system.

What is Balance Sheet Architecture?

What Sets Us Apart: 99.99% Accuracy

Achieving 99.99% accuracy in financial planning is not a slogan; it is a mathematical target made possible when planning is done structurally.

A Balance Sheet Architect works at the level of structure so the entire system aligns with the outcomes you actually want.

This is not sacrifice; it is design. We will show you what 99% looks like in theory and the practical considerations required to approach it in reality. Use your balance sheet to improve your odds and live more, with less stress.

Platformless by design

We provide education and ideas. We do not manage money or sell debt or investment products. You execute wherever you prefer. This preserves the integrity of our partnerships, keeps our guidance genuinely unbiased, and keeps the conversation on what matters: the strategy, not the platform.

Prescriptive

Our mission is simple: the highest probability of success with the least necessary risk. For any given goal, we deliver clinical, math-based guidance rather than open-ended options.

Our vision is a life of zero financial stress. We work to show you how you can do X and still be on track for Y — simultaneously maximizing life and minimizing stress.

Balance Sheet Architecture is a discipline, not a product. It gives you a prescriptive roadmap grounded in transparent assumptions, so you can make decisions with confidence.

Clear thinking, without embedded incentives.

Fee for service

One session, one flat fee. No commitments. No hidden charges.

Bring your professionals to the meeting or come alone. Our role is the same: to introduce ideas and support better decisions.

How we help people

At this stage, simple decisions compound into lifelong impact. Eliminating bad debt while keeping low-cost “good” debt, building an initial portfolio, and setting clear priorities can materially change your path.

Learn why traditional methods and standard asset-allocation models can cost you years of working—and how to avoid those traps early. Should you pay off student loans? How much house can you afford? Should you rent or buy?

Don’t guess on these decisions. One session—typically once every three years—can set the right foundation and keep you on track. For many people, that single session provides all the guidance needed in this phase.

Parents and grandparents often give this session as a gift to help a child or grandchild start on the right path.

Construction Work

Your decisions have an outsized effect on your long-term trajectory. This is where balance-sheet architecture can be transformative—often dramatically shifting outcomes.

Whether you work with an advisor or go it alone, we help you see the big picture: assets and liabilities working together toward a common goal. Meeting once a year is typically enough.

We focus on high-stakes decisions so you can maximize life and minimize stress. And before you make large moves—such as paying off your home early—spend an hour with us to see why that might be a costly mistake.

Framing

Billionaires borrow money — but they do so prudently and strategically. We show how ultra–high-net-worth families use these tools to preserve flexibility and improve outcomes.

At this level our role is less about giving directives and more about providing independent perspective and a stronger benchmark for every other financial decision.

Guidance is typically most effective on a quarterly basis.

Most clients in this space already work with an advisor, and we fit naturally into that relationship.

Transparent pricing

Financial advice is notoriously expensive. A “1 % fee” is $10,000 per million managed. In theory you should get four substantive reviews a year; in reality most investors get far fewer — meaning someone with $2 million may be paying $5,000 or more per meeting for a routine check-in, not real planning.

We take a different approach. A flat $1,000 for a one-hour session. No contracts, no retainers, no recurring fees.

Your plan itself is free and provided upfront; what you’re paying for is the discussion of its ideas — the implications, fine-tuning, and personalization that turn a static document into a strategic roadmap.

This isn’t like hiring an attorney by the hour; our goal is to cover everything important in one conversation so you don’t need another — until you do. If you don’t find value, there’s no ongoing obligation. Clear, anchored, and transparent.
